Specialist, Cisco Services and Renewals – SLED

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively oversee customer Cisco renewals and timelines for the designated account portfolio.

• Analyze renewals for potential upsell opportunities, introduce new offers, and prepare and deliver quotes/proposals.

• Engage in collaborative strategy meetings with Presidio/OEM concerning renewals (multi-year agreements, transitions to Enterprise Agreements, and other strategic initiatives).

• Attend customer meetings to showcase offerings, respond to inquiries, and facilitate the closure of opportunities.

• Keep track of and reconcile the end-user’s Cisco contract inventory, managing this process on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Work alongside manufacturer representatives to obtain pricing, guarantee timely renewals, and ensure accurate forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support agreement renewal position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications.

• In-depth understanding of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements.

• Experience with Cisco service contracts and CX Enterprise Agreements (renewals, subscriptions, Enterprise Agreements).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team setting.

• Familiarity with Cisco asset and contract management systems (e.g., CCWR, EAMP).

• Understanding of service lifecycle management and subscription models.
