Specialist Account Executive, SecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary expert for customers, partners, and internal teams to drive revenue growth within the security operations product portfolio.

• Collaborate with domain-expert solution engineers to gather customer requirements and create compelling value propositions that successfully close complex business deals.

• Take ownership of the regional quota and territory success by developing and implementing account-based strategies to establish and expand data security solutions.

• Work alongside main sales teams and leadership to ensure a cohesive and impactful Zscaler presence in the marketplace.

• Engage with stakeholders throughout the organization, effectively selling to both C-suite executives and technical practitioners.

• Support a designated region and serve as the primary expert for the security operations product suite, which includes unified vulnerability management, deception, and threat hunting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Increasing experience in engaging and selling to accounts at the C-level.

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience with value-based selling methodologies.

• Willingness to be based in the greater Chicagoland region, OH Valley, or CO.

• Established relationships with current and potential customers within the enterprise security sector.

• Direct experience in selling unified vulnerability management, deception, and threat hunting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic sales planning and a successful track record of securing new logos.
