This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more locations.
• Develop and QA Demandbase audiences, segments, account lists, keyword intent sets, and journey stages.
• Set up orchestration, including trigger logic, suppression rules, and exclusion states.
• Manage campaign codes and intake, ensuring proper naming conventions and tracking parameters.
• Keep current platform documentation and runbooks up to date.
• Track configuration drift and resolve issues prior to live campaigns.
• Launch the DB1 Sales pilot by overseeing user provisioning, establishing guardrails, onboarding, and providing support.
• Monitor credit usage and consumption against pilot allocations.
• Gather and document feedback from the pilot before a wider sales rollout.
• Collaborate with SDR and BD leadership on adoption, training, and feedback mechanisms.
• Create and QA LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns, ensuring synchronization with Demandbase audiences.
• Ensure the integrity of Insight Tags across landing pages and thank-you pages.
• Generate Campaign Manager performance reports and reconcile them with invoiced expenditures.
• Validate list pulls and audience loads against the account universe.
• Confirm tag and tracking integrity across landing pages with web and marketing automation teams.
• Provide engagement, intent, and coverage data to the reporting layer.
• Report directly to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing, North America Marketing.
• 1–3 years of practical ABM or marketing operations platform experience, or a recent graduate with relevant platform exposure.
• Preferably hands-on experience building in Demandbase; experience with 6sense, Terminus, or HubSpot operations is also acceptable.
• Certification in marketing and sales platforms, with Demandbase certification preferred.
• Strong plus for certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI, with proven application in list building, documentation, QA, and analysis.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, campaign members, and the distinction between leads and contacts.
• Proficiency in UTM and campaign-code conventions.
• Capability to create a runbook or SOP independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to build accuracy.
• Required fluency in English.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard reading preferred.
• Familiarity with intent data and experience with account tiering models preferred.
• Exposure to a B2B services or technology setting with a lengthy sales cycle is preferred.
• Must reside in the US or Canada.
