Special Projects Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main coordinator among workstreams necessary for the launch of the IKC Fee-For-Service model.

• Organize meetings and monitor subsequent actions.

• Implement projects as necessary, including sourcing a medical scribe company.

• Assist in the iteration of the model.

• Oversee the execution of the IKC FFS project plan.

• Prepare agendas for 8 committee meetings and follow up with leaders to ensure timely completions.

• Highlight project timeline risks to the VP of Operations and devise mitigation strategies.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the implementation timeline or effectiveness and integrate them into the project plan.

• Create daily clinical workflows that balance high-touch patient care, IKC clinical objectives, and protected administrative time.

• Establish systems for patient chart development and collaborate with a third-party medical scribe vendor as necessary.

• Develop a short-term clinical support structure, such as 24/7 triage for abnormal lab results.

• Create an automated scorecard to measure clinical and operational impact and guide action plans.

• Take ownership of new workstreams as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience in a complex, matrixed organization with tight deadlines.

• Capability to drive a strategic vision and effectively execute tactical plans that support that vision.

• Proven experience in developing systems and processes that assist clinical providers and staff.
