Special Projects Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Organize and monitor both internal and external requests to guarantee timely fulfillment.

• Design, maintain, and enhance tools for tracking and monitoring status.

• Arrange meetings and calls to facilitate team activities and resolve requests.

• Conduct preliminary reviews of submitted requests, verify data accuracy and consistency, ensure completeness, and pose follow-up inquiries.

• Summarize and communicate request status, emphasizing critical issues, risks, or delays.

• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing processes, systems, templates, and tools for financial reporting and internal controls.

• Assist with the quarterly certification process, including preparation, initiation, tracking, submission management, and reporting on status.

• Acquire, monitor, upload, and document known deviations from policy.

• Support compliance reviews for international and small sites, perform administrative tasks, evaluate reports, and conduct control assessments.

• Offer ad hoc assistance to Financial Reporting, Controls, and Consultations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferred experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, and SAP.
