This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of both existing and new clients who have overdue prior-year annual administration tasks.
• Provide consultation and guidance to clients in fulfilling their prior-year administration obligations.
• Execute or oversee compliance testing, Form 5500 submissions, and annual valuations.
• Track project developments and guarantee timely completion.
• Assist in and take part in client discussions regarding pending requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective measures and ensure compliance of plans.
• Foster and enhance relationships with current clients.
• Liaise with principals, clients, financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals.
• 8-10 years of experience in 401(k) plan administration and consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
• In-depth understanding of 401(a)(4) and controlled group testing.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Possession of NIPA or ASPPA credentials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a portfolio of clients.
• High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Dedication to continuous learning and a willingness to be coached.
• Must reside in the USA.
