This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the client's Space Management tool.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CAD floor plans and occupancy information.

• Generate routine and on-demand reports for a portfolio of clients or a group of buildings.

• Offer expertise in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, space and occupancy analytics, as well as utilization evaluation.

• Guarantee adherence to the client's space data standards.

• Create a uniform data governance model to manage input sources and ensure data consistency.

• Regulate data measurement standards and KPIs to enhance data reliability.

• Introduce best practices and innovative solutions to the account team and client.

• Assist peer teams with space, occupancy, and utilization data support.

• Develop global standards for space nomenclature, allocation models, drawings, and reporting procedures.

• Collaborate on defining roles and responsibilities with partners.

• Implement governance and quality assurance reporting for consistent global portfolio management.

• Supervise the execution of the client's space allocation model and the delivery of reports.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and global system administrator, ensuring user controls and system continuity.

• Facilitate CAFM system integration initiatives.

• Suggest process enhancements and performance improvements.

• Provide training on the space data management system.

• Advise and evaluate recommendations for operational efficiency, service delivery, cost reduction, and innovation.

• Mentor space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning.

• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate setting.

• Proficiency in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics, and space utilization assessment.

• In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAFM methodologies and calculations for generating and analyzing allocation deliverables.

• Understanding of data governance, measurement standards, and KPIs.

• Capability to establish global space naming conventions, allocation models, drawing, and reporting standards.

• Ability to function as the SPOC and global system administrator for a client space data management system.

• Competence in enabling CAFM system integrations.

• Skill in providing training for system users.
