This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and train machine learning and deep learning models, such as GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions tailored for healthcare applications.

• Develop, test, and implement AI solutions in both cloud and on-premise environments.

• Handle large healthcare datasets, engaging in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Integrate and enhance AI models within Gainwell’s established technology framework.

• Collaborate with software engineers to guarantee seamless integration of systems.

• Monitor, refine, and enhance AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed, utilizing MLOps best practices.

• Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and investigate new technologies and methodologies.

• Ensure AI implementations comply with healthcare regulations, adhere to ethical AI principles, and uphold data privacy standards.

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and optimization of business processes through AI-driven solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on the development and deployment of AI solutions.

• Hands-on proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, GenAI, NLP, and computer vision.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.

• Experience in developing, deploying, and fine-tuning LLMs (such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar), including prompt engineering, model optimization, and inference efficiency.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps for scalable AI deployments.

• Proficiency in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL databases).

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

• Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS) is advantageous.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
