Spanish Speaking Simulation Specialist, Overnights

📋 Description

• Accurately, reliably, and professionally deliver trained and certified simulation scenarios that align with learning objectives.

• Utilize Mursion’s proprietary technology to portray a variety of perspectives and personality profiles.

• Facilitate reflection debriefs for diverse groups of learners.

• Provide balanced feedback to learners and assign accurate performance scores.

• Complete operational tasks such as forms and attendance tracking for each session.

• Quickly adapt to evolving technologies.

• Host sessions by greeting learners, outlining logistics, answering inquiries, and facilitating reflections.

• Set and uphold clear policies and expectations for learners.

• Safeguard learner privacy while adhering to the Code of Conduct.

• Organize and manage schedules related to availability, sessions, and work tasks.

• Prioritize the delivery of sessions, training, internal meetings, and assigned responsibilities.

• Stay compliant with the policies and protocols of the delivery team regarding availability.

• Follow internal communications and intellectual property policies.

• Maintain an average target of over 80% in service delivery billing hours.

• Provide clients with precise and timely feedback forms detailing learner experiences.

• Create a friendly, customer-service-focused hosting experience that represents Mursion effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional actor.

• Improv experience is highly preferred.

• Native proficiency in European Spanish and English; capable of delivering scenarios in both languages.

• Experience in customer-facing roles outside of professional acting, ideally in customer service or hospitality.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

• Willingness to commit to 20–30 hours of work per week.

• Ability to complete a paid training plan of 65–85 hours independently and punctually within 4–6 weeks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• A private, quiet workspace equipped with a robust and stable internet connection.

• A wired internet connection is mandatory.

• Internet speeds of at least 20 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads are required.

• Candidates must reside in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia.
