This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and prepare medical records for healthcare providers

• Update and maintain patient history and health information

• Conduct precise medical data entry and documentation

• Assess basic lab results and screening procedures

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, and facility policies

• Assist physicians with administrative and clerical responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual with experience in healthcare or medical translation

• Excellent English language and communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented and dependable

• Available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM CST

• Background in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation

• Capability to comply with HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, and facility policies
