RN Case Manager, Bilingual French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee active medical cases and coordinate appropriate patient care in alignment with policy guidelines and clinical best practices.

• Evaluate medical information, records, and questionnaires to analyze cases and assist in timely clinical decision-making.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, case management teams, patients, and their families.

• Provide clinical expertise regarding policy eligibility, medical stability, treatment plans, and transportation considerations.

• Support patients and their families while upholding high standards of customer service.

• Assist with medical reviews and offer subject matter knowledge to claims and sales teams.

• Engage in medical repatriation activities when necessary, including travel assistance for eligible cases.

• Responsibly utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools in accordance with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

• At least five years of nursing experience.

• Experience in critical care, emergency room, or a similar acute care setting is preferred.

• Proficiency in both French and English.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to evaluate complex medical situations and make sound clinical judgments.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective relationships and collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families.

• Customer-focused service characterized by empathy, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• ACLS certification is necessary for associates involved in repatriation assignments.
