Space and Graphics Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop in-store graphics plans, ceiling graphic layouts, and store interior elevations for various store types and projects utilizing AutoCAD and X-Ref software.

• Occasionally create 3D renderings and Photoshop outputs as required.

• Make scope-of-work determinations based on location-specific needs and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with supervisors on unique situations that deviate from the norm.

• Implement planning processes and standards, ensuring that documents align with Prototype, Innovation, and Merchandising initiatives.

• Oversee projects from their initial stages through to completion.

• Ensure quality control and maintain effective communication throughout all project phases.

• Address and resolve field installation challenges and manage change orders.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Generate graphic take-offs and procurement order forms using Microsoft Office and Teams.

• Record and maintain store attributes within Lucernex and database files.

• Build and sustain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Notify stakeholders of changes that impact production timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AutoCAD and X-Ref.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Retail experience is highly preferred.

• Experience with Bluebeam is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Smartsheet is preferred.

• Familiarity with Lucernex is a plus.

• A portfolio or design sample link is required with the application.
