Sourcing Transitions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement and supplier transition initiatives for integrated facilities management contracts across the EMEA region.

• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies for transitions, encompassing supplier selection, pricing assessments, and contract completion.

• Drive development for new pursuits by establishing vendor strategies, engaging collaborators, creating commercial frameworks, conducting pricing evaluations, and preparing responses for RFPs and client-facing materials.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, covering terms, pricing, service level agreements, and compliance obligations.

• Work in collaboration with Divisional Sourcing Leads, Geography Leads, Category Management, transition PMOs, operations teams, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee supplier mobilization and onboarding processes, track supplier performance, and address issues during mobilization and initial operations.

• Prepare and deliver reports on sourcing advancements, risks, opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.

• Represent the Sourcing & Procurement team in client meetings and internal review boards.

• Contribute to process improvement, cost-saving initiatives, AI implementation, and automation projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing, supplier transitions, or supplier management within integrated facilities management or outsourcing contexts.

• Familiarity with sourcing procedures and protocols, especially for service contracts.

• Experience in collaborating with suppliers across the EMEA region or on a global scale.

• Proven track record in managing supplier transitions and mobilization efforts for complex, multi-service IFM contracts.

• Experience in supporting new business initiatives or bid submissions.

• Development of strategic relationships with multinational suppliers within the EMEA region.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and commercial insight in procurement, supplier management, and operational transitions.

• Advanced negotiation capabilities.

• Innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify and effectively articulate novel solutions.

• Strong project management and organizational competencies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Proven ability to foster innovation and engage in creative problem-solving.
