Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct Thorough Research: Execute comprehensive market and company analyses to pinpoint potential candidates utilizing Boolean search, resume databases, social media, networking platforms, and other innovative methods.

• Source and Evaluate Candidates: Connect with prospective candidates through referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing strategies to create a robust talent pool.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with the recruiting team to align sourcing approaches with client requirements and provide consistent updates on search progress.

• Seek and pursue referrals through business networks and/or internal sources.

• Utilize Technology: Leverage proprietary tools, technology platforms, and email campaigns to engage and attract candidates.

• Track, document, and oversee recruitment activities and progress within company systems.

• Metrics and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of sourcing initiatives, modifying strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong enthusiasm for research and recruiting

• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to uphold confidentiality

• Capability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team setting
