Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates for roles in production, assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, and other manufacturing positions.

• Establish and nurture active talent pipelines across various sites and regions.

• Perform candidate outreach utilizing phone, email, text messages, social media, and recruitment platforms.

• Evaluate candidates by screening their qualifications, availability, and interest.

• Arrange interviews for qualified candidates with recruiters and hiring managers.

• Keep track of candidate records and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Assist with hiring campaigns, workforce initiatives, and recruiting events as necessary.

• Create talent pools for recurring and challenging-to-fill manufacturing positions.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and engage with production employees, skilled trades professionals, and other manufacturing talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or skilled trades roles.

• Strong capabilities in candidate sourcing and outreach.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting technology, job boards, and sourcing platforms.

• Preferred familiarity with the Midwest labor markets and manufacturing talent communities.

• Experience in supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is advantageous.

• Candidates may undergo pre-employment screening, including drug tests, reference checks, employment verifications, background checks, and/or skills assessments.

• Must possess authorization to work in the USA, as verified through E-Verify.
