Sourcing Spares – Reliability Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients along with internal stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide market, supplier, and operational insights for service operations.

• Identify and guide field resources in executing strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL's sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Collaborate with clients and the JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and long-lasting client advantages.

• Conduct regular market trend analyses, evaluate the supplier base and industry shifts, and present findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format.

• Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.

• Support supplier relationship and performance initiatives with key suppliers.

• Provide management, guidance, and follow-up for the operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Ensure adherence to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals.

• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel.

• Aid in the development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers.

• Engage in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Support JLL’s e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Over 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university is preferred.

• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.
