Sourcing Spares & Reliability Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, as well as internal stakeholders, in enhancing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide insights into market conditions, suppliers, and operational efficiencies for services operations.

• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL's sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Work collaboratively with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and ongoing client benefits.

• Conduct regular market trend analyses, encompassing changes in the supplier base and industry dynamics.

• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.

• Execute, coordinate, and communicate both regional and national programs.

• Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Oversee management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams’ RFP/bid, contracting, and operational procedures.

• Ensure adherence to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and conditions.

• Set priorities, delegate deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel.

• Aid in the development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers.

• Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Contribute to JLL's e-commerce procurement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Project management and experience with business transitions is preferred.

• Proficient PC skills, with strong capabilities in MS Office applications.

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
