Sourcing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate appropriate factories in China to address RFQs across various product categories.

• Allocate RFQs to chosen factories using the internal operations platform.

• Follow up with factories to ensure timely submission of quotes.

• Offer assistance and upload quotes on behalf of factories when necessary.

• Guide factories through the onboarding process and provide training on platform usage.

• Achieve SLA targets.

• Maintain records of factory status, submissions, and escalations in CRM or tracking tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in China with a comprehensive understanding of local factory networks.

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

• Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Capable of multitasking, managing timelines, and adhering to strict deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with RFQ systems or manufacturing platforms is an advantage.

• Background in working with e-commerce brands, supply chain teams, or B2B marketplaces is a plus.

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
