Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Create presale deliverables for prospective and repeat meetings, incentives, and events.

• Collaborate with team members and supplier partners to ensure precise and timely proposal development for travel initiatives.

• Deliver operational excellence and foster growth in partnership with Client Services.

• Source rates and availability while recommending destinations, hotels, resorts, ships, and venues.

• Develop programs with innovative inclusions to optimize client budgets.

• Integrate emerging industry trends, unique themes, concepts, activities, and events into proposals.

• Take into account client objectives, program history, attendee demographics, and budget parameters when crafting recommendations.

• Negotiate competitive rates and terms on behalf of clients.

• Create budgets and proformas that meet client budget requirements and maximize profit opportunities.

• Execute contracts following established procedures.

• Engage in client presentations to showcase One10 travel capabilities and solution recommendations.

• Build and maintain industry relationships with hotels, NSOs, DMCs, and CVBs.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least four (4) years of industry experience.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional editing and writing abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Outstanding customer service ethic and high standards for quality.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel and attend presentations as required.
