This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Provide assistance to a major technology client and internal stakeholders in enhancing JLL managed services, operations, and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver insights on market, suppliers, and operational intelligence for service operations.
• Identify and direct field resources to implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee 2–3 direct reports.
• Guide sourcing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relations, and program management.
• Collaborate with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle's Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to foster immediate and sustained benefits for clients.
• Conduct periodic market trend analyses, including evaluations of the supplier base and changes within the industry.
• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
• Support and guide supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for the operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Manage expectations for both internal and external customers.
• Build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for the review and approval of contracts.
• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve operational challenges.
• Assist in the development of diversity programs.
• Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL's e-commerce procurement initiatives.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or over 5 years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to ensure adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.
• Capability to build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms meet requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, assign deliverables, address issues, and ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to support the development of diversity programs.
• Ability to lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Ability to assist with JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
