Sourcing and Recruiting Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the recruiting strategy across all teams.

• Collaborate with leadership, co-founders, and hiring managers to identify needs and create targeted hiring plans.

• Develop and sustain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates.

• Execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to provide insights into pipeline health and effectiveness.

• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems, including ATS and sourcing platforms.

• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Vetcove’s visibility in the technical talent market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.

• Strong history of performance in fast-paced, scaling environments.

• Expertise in developing and refining recruiting pipelines and processes.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives and hiring managers.

• Proficient in ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.

• Highly analytical, with a preference for action and iterative improvement.

• Comfortable navigating an environment with shifting priorities and uncertainty.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying.
