📋 Description

• Develop pipelines for the most challenging technical and non-technical recruitment tasks

• Analyze the market by pinpointing teams, laboratories, and communities that yield top candidates

• Provide market insights to the recruitment team and hiring managers

• Craft targeted, well-researched outreach communications

• Engage in initial conversations with candidates and refer promising candidates to recruiters

• Counsel hiring managers when job descriptions do not align with market realities and clarify the reasons

• Discover new sourcing avenues when traditional methods have been exhausted

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to source talent across engineering, research, product, and partnerships

• Proven experience in sourcing exceptional talent within competitive markets; expertise in engineering or research sourcing is highly desirable

• Capability to identify candidates beyond LinkedIn

• Excellent writing skills

• Ability to operate independently without a predefined guide and act swiftly
