Senior Recruiter – Pharmaceutical R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Offer insightful market data and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position requirements and present strong candidate pools.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely progress updates.

• Work with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a client brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) or corporate recruitment/talent acquisition within the life sciences industry is essential.

• Background in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm Central, Monday to Friday.
