This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve issues in a moderately complex DevOps environment.

• Identify the root cause of problems and coordinate their resolution with various technical teams.

• Monitor incidents that require prolonged investigation or the involvement of multiple areas.

• Collaborate with development, platform, and operations teams to ensure the stability of services.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and support procedures.

• Contribute to the automation of operational tasks through scripting and DevOps tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, operations, or DevOps environments, engaging in the analysis and resolution of moderately complex incidents.

• Basic knowledge of Linux.

• Basic understanding of Git.

• Basic experience with Bash and Python.

• Proficiency in managing configuration files and technical troubleshooting.

• Fundamental knowledge of REST APIs and the HTTP protocol.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD and pipelines.

• Basic knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.

• Basic understanding of authentication and authorization processes.

• Basic knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Grafana).

• Familiarity with Jira and incident management tools.

• Experience or basic knowledge of Azure Cloud.

• Analytical skills to investigate issues and identify their root cause.

• Technical English proficiency.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Experience and/or knowledge of GitHub Actions, workflows, CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, ArgoCD, Bash, Python, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, advanced technical support, and DevOps culture will be valued.
