Solutions Proposal Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in proposal response initiatives across federal, state, local, and commercial sectors.

• Collaborate with business development, capture, delivery, and technical teams to create clear, engaging, and compliant proposals.

• Define and communicate ServiceNow solution strategies for RFPs, RFIs, and related pursuit documents.

• Convert technical concepts into compelling messaging, win themes, and customer-focused proposal content.

• Contribute to long-term capture-driven pursuits as well as fast-paced, relationship-focused opportunities.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to collect inputs, align messaging, and enhance proposal quality.

• Assist in proposal operations, including RFIs, draft responses, live RFP submissions, reviews, and response quality assurance.

• Enhance reusable content, governance, and AI-driven workflows to improve proposal speed and effectiveness.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, capture support, solution consulting, or a similar growth role.

• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to create client-facing responses.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to comprehend, shape, and communicate solution strategies.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple deadlines and contributors.

• Comfort in a growing company with evolving processes and cross-functional roles.

• Capability to support structured federal opportunities and agile commercial pursuits.

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in federal proposal environments is preferred.

• Experience in supporting ServiceNow-related bids or solution development is preferred.

• Familiarity with Shipley-based proposal practices is preferred.

• Experience in developing or enhancing proposal governance and content libraries is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools that assist in proposal development, content generation, review, or qualification workflows is preferred.

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations is preferred.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• US Citizenship is required.
