RFP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Identify public-sector and enterprise opportunities on platforms like SAM.gov and state procurement websites.

• Assess bids in relation to VIDIZMO's offerings and strategic objectives.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive, compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by established deadlines.

• Develop compliance matrices and provide thorough answers to all requirements.

• Make informed no-bid decisions and communicate the rationale to the team.

• Draft proposals for additional significant deals on behalf of the team.

• Analyze every successful and unsuccessful bid to extract insights for enhancing future submissions.

• Utilize Claude or a comparable AI assistant daily for bid-related research, drafting, compliance verification, and reviews.

• Manage the entire bid pipeline from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Over 2 years of experience in crafting responses to government or enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

• Familiarity with bid platforms such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites.

• Meticulous and accurate writing skills, including the creation of compliance matrices and detailed requirement responses.

• Proven history of adhering to deadlines.

• Sound judgment in determining when to refrain from bidding.

• Experience in automating routine tasks with AI, including reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-enhanced workflows, or simple scripts.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace (mandatory for remote candidates).

• Legally permitted to work in Pakistan.
