This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Take charge of the strategy and execution for the Business Applications & Databases sector, encompassing positioning, messaging, target audiences, buyer requirements, and solution narratives.
• Convert solution strategies and technical capabilities into distinct, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Develop solution pages, solution profiles, data sheets, sales presentations, and sales resources.
• Create assets for sales and partner enablement along with readiness programs throughout the buyer journey.
• Implement established go-to-market strategies and priority solution plays focusing on Data & Cyber Resilience as well as Virtualization & Cloud.
• Collaborate with product, sales, technical, partner, and marketing teams on messaging, content, enablement, campaigns, launches, and solution initiatives.
• Collect and synthesize input from customers, the market, competitors, analysts, and field personnel.
• Confirm technical accuracy and enhance differentiation using substantiated evidence.
• Oversee multiple deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and changing priorities while ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Report to the leadership in product marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, product management, technical marketing, or enterprise B2B technology marketing.
• Proven track record in owning or supporting go-to-market strategies and execution, including solution launches, campaigns, sales initiatives, or related commercialization efforts.
• Capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing content.
• Experience in creating solution-oriented materials and enablement assets, such as web pages, solution briefs, data sheets, sales presentations, and sales tools.
• Background in supporting sales enablement, partner marketing, channel enablement, or field-readiness programs.
• Experience in a global enterprise technology setting or managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B purchasing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create evidence-based positioning.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across product, sales, technical, partner, and marketing teams.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to enterprise technology buyers and influencers related to workload, application, or database modernization.
• Preferred: familiarity with hybrid cloud, data infrastructure, enterprise data management, data protection, cybersecurity, or governance risk and compliance.
• Preferred: experience in developing narratives or programs for highly regulated sectors.
• Preferred: proficiency with AI and LLM tools.
