📋 Description

• The Solutions Performance Manager / Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) is an authority in dealership operations and product knowledge, dedicated to helping customers realize the utmost value.

• Facilitate product usage, provide recommendations for performance enhancement, and streamline dealership operations.

• Offer training sessions, share insights, and establish best practices while supporting contract renewals and expansions by showcasing quantifiable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership operations, training, or consulting.

• In-depth understanding of dealership processes across fixed operations, variable operations, CRM, and marketing.

• Practical experience with various automotive technologies, including DMS, CRM, service scheduling, and marketing platforms.

• Exceptional skills in coaching, training, process enhancement, and data analysis.

• Capability to convey intricate workflows effectively to both dealership users and management.
