This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement collaborative projects with NHS organizations.
• Establish trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders.
• Convert locally recognized unmet needs or service inefficiencies into well-governed partnership initiatives.
• Identify and define opportunities for collaborative programs with the NHS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and NHS stakeholders to pinpoint service barriers, unmet needs, and pathway inefficiencies.
• Explore digital and AI solutions to facilitate pathway transformation.
• Establish measurable outcomes, replication and scaling processes, and plans for long-term sustainability.
• Create Project Initiation Documents that outline objectives, scope, resources, governance, metrics, timelines, and exit strategies.
• Lead internal medical, legal, and compliance reviews while identifying Executive Sponsors.
• Draft and negotiate Collaborative Working Agreements with NHS legal entities.
• Organize document certification and publish certified executive summaries.
• Oversee project delivery and lead or co-lead project boards or governance groups.
• Coordinate internal contributors and third-party delivery partners.
• Track milestones and outcome measures; manage risks, variations, and disputes.
• Assist in transitioning funded NHS roles or service changes towards sustainable local funding.
• Ensure that activities remain non-promotional and in compliance with the ABPI Code and national guidelines.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure that individual patient data remains inaccessible.
• Ensure accurate transfer-of-value data for annual Disclosure UK reporting.
• Publish final outcome reports at the conclusion of projects.
• Manage projects within designated budgets and aid successful scaling to other regions.
• Extensive experience in account management, healthcare partnerships, or market access roles.
• Strong comprehension of NHS structures, commissioning, and funding flows in England, as well as equivalent frameworks in Devolved Nations.
• Exceptional project management skills, including expertise in developing project initiation documents, business cases, and outcome frameworks or similar.
• Background in pathway/service redesign and change management support.
• Capability to foster trusted, senior-level relationships with NHS executives and clinical leaders.
• Solid commercial and analytical judgment.
• Proficient knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, particularly in relation to Collaborative Working and Disclosure UK requirements.
• Ability to align local health system/NHS plan priorities with therapeutic-area solutions that address challenges and enhance patient care.
• Experience in local data analysis and clinical audit support (building the case for change).
• Background in service evaluation measurement and health economics (demonstrating system benefits).
• Experience in supporting the implementation of technology and AI solutions within the NHS to enhance care pathways.
• Experience managing multi-partner projects involving third-party delivery organizations.
• Act with integrity.
• Comfortable working in a highly governed, audited environment, with a strong focus on documentation and processes.
• Skilled at converting a clinical or operational problem into a structured, fundable project proposal.
• Collaborative and consultative, able to influence without direct authority among both NHS and internal company stakeholders.
• Resilient in managing projects that may span 12-24 months.
