This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of around 500 affiliates who are in the early stages of their HighLevel affiliate journey.
• Advance affiliates through lifecycle milestones and enhance monthly trial generation.
• Categorize the portfolio based on stage, potential, and engagement, prioritizing activities for optimal impact.
• Establish trusted relationships through consistent follow-up, coaching, and engagement.
• Comprehend affiliates’ audiences, business models, and objectives, providing tailored support as needed.
• Conduct regular individual and group strategy meetings.
• Represent HighLevel and the affiliate team at industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted gatherings.
• Guide affiliates on content creation, campaign strategies, offers, webinars, and promotions via email and social media.
• Set goals and actionable plans, follow up on commitments, and share best practices and playbooks.
• Re-engage inactive affiliates through targeted outreach initiatives.
• Strategize portfolio engagement via email campaigns, newsletters, group sessions, office hours, and community interactions.
• Employ email sequences, templates, automations, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom for scalable and personalized outreach.
• Provide coaching, outreach, and relationship management in Spanish for Spanish-speaking affiliates.
• Communicate market needs, objections, and content gaps to enhance partner resources.
• Own key performance indicators for revenue, trials, engagement, milestone progression, and reactivations.
• Maintain affiliate records and activities, reporting on portfolio health and progress.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, performance marketing, or a closely related field, with direct responsibility for revenue-generating portfolios.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine ability to foster lasting relationships.
• A coaching mindset: capable of motivating others, providing direct feedback, and holding individuals accountable.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, SaaS, funnels, content, and both paid and organic promotion strategies.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Proficiency in data and AI, including the use of dashboards, spreadsheets, and CRM reports.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs along with a results-driven, self-motivated approach.
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 10–15% of the time.
• Bonus: experience with HighLevel or other marketing automation and CRM platforms, as well as call intelligence tools like Olive AI or Gong.
