This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s partnership with Meijer.
• Collaborate with category management, finance, shopper marketing, digital teams, and other K-C capabilities alongside Meijer’s buying and leadership teams.
• Foster customer relationships while executing K-C brand strategies and tactics.
• Lead the entire team in crafting and implementing an omni-channel JBP.
• Achieve financial objectives and metrics, including JBP and K-C targets.
• Drive the creation and execution of distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising initiatives.
• Generate and present insights and plans to execute national strategies for share growth.
• Monitor key objectives through business performance analysis.
• Formulate corrective actions to bridge gaps in JBP goals.
• Streamline and simplify team activities to concentrate on high-value tasks.
• Identify opportunities that align with strategic priorities such as line reviews, JBPs, and innovation summits.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of progressive exempt experience in sales, business management, customer relations, and customer development.
• Proficient in customer, category, and trade management.
• Experience in the CPG industry and familiarity with K-C customer/retailer accounts is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives is preferred.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf reset experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred.
• Experience in sales with a focus on cultivating strong relationships.
• Exceptional oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Orientation towards results and strategy.
• Business intuition, ethical judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in business management and planning.
• Methodical and creative problem-solving abilities.
