This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist small business sales teams operating in the market to enhance solution adoption and foster customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees.
• Engage in numerous customer meetings each day to offer technical consultation and guidance on solutions.
• Showcase solution features, advantages, and return on investment (ROI).
• Aid with in-building coverage requests to enhance network accessibility.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to bolster sales initiatives.
• Execute additional duties and projects as directed by business management.
• Consult on customer opportunities and assess wireless network coverage.
• Deliver technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree along with 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent (Required).
• Over 3 years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles, with a proven track record of successful solution sales and managing both internal and external relationships within a matrix environment (Required).
• Experience in supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills (Required).
• Ability to identify customer needs (Required).
• In-depth product knowledge (Required).
• Proficient in project management (Required).
• Experience in business sales (Required).
• Expertise in solution consultation (Required).
• Capable of conducting technical demonstrations (Required).
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations (Required).
