This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
β’ Analyze and resolve issues to ensure pricing tools and production systems adhere to service level agreements while implementing necessary bug fixes.
β’ Develop and implement software solutions that encompass data integration, automation, monitoring, and reporting.
β’ Spearhead the technical execution of modernizing and consolidating pricing tools for the REBOOT Pricing Strategy.
β’ Assist project managers and various functions by providing specifications, plans, reports, and technical documentation.
β’ Convert User Requirements Specifications into technical designs.
β’ Prepare, review, and approve design and integration documentation related to pricing systems and cross-functional data flows.
β’ Conduct coding, configuration, code reviews, and unit testing.
β’ Complete Traceability Matrices and ensure documentation is ready for audits.
β’ Coordinate integration processes between systems and vendors like Salesforce and Certinia.
β’ Identify requirements, configuration needs, and acceptance criteria alongside both technical and non-technical project teams.
β’ Write and execute scripts as necessary.
β’ Assist Test Analysts and business users throughout the testing and quality review phases.
β’ Conduct quality control checks on manual data edits to maintain data integrity.
β’ Investigate and troubleshoot issues impacting pricing tools and automated workflows.
β’ Document processes and activities in accordance with SOPs and client requirements.
β’ Offer support and training to users of the in-house pricing tool.
β’ Identify and implement process enhancements that minimize manual efforts, boost scalability, and enhance governance and auditability.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics) or equivalent experience.
β’ Proficient working knowledge of one or more technologies including: .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, advanced VBA, relational databases and SQL, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, API/bus integration technologies, Java and Java Server technologies, UNIX, C, or C++.
β’ Proven experience in developing and automating pricing, financial, or business process tools utilizing advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mix of Contract Research Organization (CRO) roles, IRT study delivery, clinical systems development, or related business systems/pricing technology development is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with clinical trials, patient safety, data integrity, and relevant regulations.
β’ Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
β’ Proficient in standard office software, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Capable of working independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
