This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead discussions on architecture and design for large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end design authorities to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Provide guidance to clients on industry best practices regarding architecture and process methodologies.
• Take ownership of the complete solution and application architecture for projects.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and during the design/construction phases from an architectural viewpoint.
• Evaluate business requirements, integration complexities, and architectural limitations.
• Direct the design and development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.
• Develop reusable templates and artifacts to facilitate automation and decrease implementation errors.
• Support the creation of business process blueprints for various domains and sub-verticals.
• Aid in the creation and revision of procedural and system documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on detailed task planning and effort estimation.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to customer project teams.
• Prepare and present information to users, management, and executives.
• Coordinate with consultants, customers, business users, IT, PMO, change management, cloud, and product teams.
• Provide primary non-technical user support and validate business functionality and data integrity.
• Oversee the development and execution of test scripts.
• Conduct product validation, end-to-end data flow, solution, interface, workflow, report, and performance testing.
• Generate Jira and case tickets, offering product feedback on defects and enhancements.
• Communicate customer business cases and trends to Product Management and Product Development teams.
• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth with existing customers and projects.
• Assist in recognizing change management requirements for global or regional implementations.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning Solutions, specifically in Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning.
• Experience with implementation or usage of Advanced Planning Solutions from Blue Yonder, including legacy products like i2 and Manugistics, or similar solutions such as Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Logility, e2open, Steelwedge, OMP, etc.
• Current or previous experience in a management consulting firm or Supply Chain Center is preferred.
• Strong skills in business analysis.
• Knowledge and application of statistical algorithms.
• Familiarity with inventory optimization concepts.
• Understanding of tactical planning within the overall supply chain context.
• Excellent proactive communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with relevant industry experience may be accepted in place of an advanced degree.
• Travel may be required as necessary for this role.
