This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design thorough Hybrid Infrastructure solutions, encompassing architecture, optimization, assessments, and advisory services.
• Offer consultative support to clients, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with their business goals and strategic vision.
• Manage intricate sales engagements, which include drafting Statements of Work, proposals, and technical responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Evaluate technical and competitive factors to craft scalable solutions that satisfy customer needs.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with clients, internal sales teams, and delivery leadership.
• Create configurations and bills of materials for servers, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, AI, and related technologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Hybrid Infrastructure technologies and solutions.
• Facilitate architectural visioning sessions and engage in executive-level discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance solution offerings and services.
• Promote technical enablement, knowledge sharing, and mentoring for Solution Architects and technical teams.
• Assist in business development efforts and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role OR 14+ years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role.
• Strong industry knowledge and domain expertise in Hybrid Infrastructure, architecture, products, and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capacity to design and articulate complex solutions that align with business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in intricate technical environments.
• Proven capability to mentor and influence technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in operating effectively at executive levels and influencing decision-making.
• Significant experience with Federal or State and Local clients in support of those customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as required.
• Obtain and maintain relevant technology and industry certifications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Base salary plus bonus target.
• Bonus target of 25% of base salary, contingent on the terms and conditions of the incentive plan.
