Solutions Engineer – Payout Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain pay-out web services (REST/SOAP) utilizing Apigee, MuleSoft, Gravitee, or CA Layer7.

• Implement and uphold API gateway security protocols, encompassing authentication, authorization, encryption, and throttling controls.

• Create and sustain SQL DML scripts that facilitate pay-out transactions.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, service agreements, and integration frameworks.

• Define project scope and collaborate with business and product teams to ensure effective resolution.

• Suggest practical technical solutions that balance business demands, risk management, and system performance.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and external partner teams to guarantee that integrations fulfill reliability and SLA standards.

• Assist product and operational initiatives by delivering secure, scalable, and highly available pay-out services.

• Design, implement, support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration capabilities focused on pay-outs and financial system integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in engineering, integrations, or enterprise IT systems.

• Significant hands-on experience in building and supporting external partnerships.

• Proficiency in enterprise web services (REST and SOAP).

• Familiarity with at least one API management platform: Apigee, MuleSoft, Gravitee, or CA Layer7 (Broadcom).

• Strong grasp of HTTP/S, TLS, API security, idempotency, retries, error handling, and service versioning.

• Advanced SQL capabilities, including complex queries, DML scripting, reconciliation support, and performance optimization.

• Experience with JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, and data transformations.
