This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide technical pre-sales assistance for Idira Identity Security solutions.
• Offer technical insights and demonstrate business value to Enterprise clients and partners.
• Build and nurture technical relationships with potential accounts, partners, and existing customers.
• Oversee Proof of Concept evaluations for Enterprise clients and prospects.
• Assist with responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with technical teams and executives.
• Support and enable the Idira partner network.
• Represent Idira through public speaking engagements, webinars, and trade shows.
• Act as the customer advocate, communicating requirements to internal teams.
• Contribute to internal teams and provide mentorship when suitable.
• Relay customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in identity or security, or equivalent technical background.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS/PaaS).
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and federation services.
• Comprehension of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JIT/ZSP models.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Exposure to endpoint management and least privilege tools.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party solutions within complex enterprise settings.
• Experience in scripting for automating repetitive tasks or demo workflows.
• Previous experience with Idira solutions is preferred.
• One or more relevant certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, or Azure Security.
• Strong presentation skills with the capability to deliver high-quality demos to both technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and consensus-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship; the employer will not sponsor work visas for this role.
• Restricted stock units may be part of the compensation package.
