This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of ecosio’s products and services.

• Present and clarify EDI and e-invoicing concepts to clients, highlighting the impacts of ecosio’s solutions.

• Analyze customer technical requirements along with their ERP and IT environments to facilitate integration with ecosio’s SaaS offerings.

• Define the scope and plan B2B and e-invoicing projects for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with account executives to address technical inquiries in proposals.

• Serve as a technical advisor for questions regarding ecosio’s solutions raised by the Sales team.

• Partner with the product team to develop new ERP connectors for ecosio.

• Participate in ecosio webinars as a technical specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• A deep technical expertise in EDI or e-invoicing, including relevant protocols and standards.

• A strong understanding of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay ERP processes, particularly with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.

• Proficiency in German or Spanish at a native/C2 level.

• Fluent in English.

• Exceptional listening and analytical abilities.

• Standard background checks will be performed as part of the hiring process.
