Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop cloud-based solutions focusing on SaaS and legacy application integrations.

• Facilitate scoping sessions with customers and partners.

• Create requirements and design documents that outline solutions, integrations, assumptions, customizations, and use cases.

• Act as the customer advocate within the organization, influencing product design and delivery.

• Deliver design documents, business process evaluations, change orders, and other key outputs during client projects.

• Design repeatable solutions for productization or for reuse by service teams and partners.

• Collaborate directly with customers on both short- and long-term integration initiatives.

• Provide high-level architectural designs, roadmaps, and subject-matter expertise on Celigo products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting, or business process consulting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A technical background is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs.

• Strong understanding of business operations, encompassing quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay, and accounting.

• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon.

• Extensive experience in a pre-sales or consulting role with external customers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

• An MBA or MSIS is preferred.

• Experience in leading integration teams and designing large-scale enterprise integration solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with LLM models and their integration with existing systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of API lifecycle management, SaaS/On Demand applications, and EDI is an advantage.
