Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and design scalable solutions for integration, automation, and API-led projects.

• Provide product demonstrations and in-depth solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Work alongside Account Executives to develop new business strategies and expand existing accounts.

• Convert customer use cases into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

• Establish and maintain demo environments, reusable templates, and technical documentation.

• Create standardized integration patterns and repeatable architectural designs.

• Assist customers in implementing AI and agentic automation within their integration workflows.

• Collaborate across departments to enhance a customer-centric sales approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software implementation.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate technical and business concepts to both IT professionals and executive stakeholders.

• Knowledge of business challenges related to order orchestration, finance automation, inventory synchronization, or multi-channel commerce.

• Comprehension of AI and intelligent automation in enterprise workflows, including practical limitations and safeguards.

• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and 3PL systems.

• Practical experience in designing or implementing cloud integrations, APIs, or automation solutions.

• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Webhooks, and FTP/SFTP protocols.

• Experience in scoping and articulating solutions throughout complex sales cycles.

• Background in supporting consultative SaaS sales processes, preferably with a focus on platform or integration products.

• Exposure to API management platforms, data pipeline architectures, or EDI/B2B integration workflows.

• Experience in developing standardized or repeatable solution architectures.
