Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to conduct in-depth technical explorations and assess intricate customer use cases.

• Develop solution strategies for significant enterprise opportunities.

• Design and present tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and engaging workshops.

• Oversee and implement proofs of concept and pilot projects from initiation to completion.

• Establish success metrics, facilitate implementation, mitigate technical challenges, and document high-level business results.

• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer.

• Work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to exchange market insights and influence the product roadmap.

• Accurately complete RFPs and Security Questionnaires within the specified deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of impactful customer interaction.

• Strong foundational understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and contemporary integration patterns.

• Practical experience in designing, troubleshooting, and deploying complex enterprise integrations.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to engage, influence, and establish credibility with technical engineering teams and C-suite executive audiences.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Proven approach to identifying solutions, navigating uncertainty, and effectively communicating findings.
