This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Take charge of the technical elements of the pre-sales pipeline, collaborating with account executives from the initial contact to the RFP response.
• Conduct introductory calls, technical demonstrations, architecture workshops, and engage in RFI/RFP processes with both government and commercial clients.
• Evaluate customer applications to ensure compatibility with Game Warden and DevSecOps deployment on AWS or GCP.
• Cultivate and sustain extensive technical expertise in Game Warden, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and the related platform ecosystem.
• Align customer feedback with product teams to guide roadmap priorities and feature development.
• Produce technical marketing materials, such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Interact with customers regarding cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps tools, compliance accreditation, and cybersecurity architecture.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Second Front Systems, facilitating government adoption of Game Warden.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Success roles.
• Proven capacity to influence technical decision-makers.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying or architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Certification or active pursuit of relevant certification is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of technical expertise as a software engineer, sales engineer, or technical project manager.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in production environments.
• A minimum of 2 years of software development experience, ideally in full-stack web development.
• Operational familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure customer scenarios.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Residency in an approved hiring hub: DC/Maryland/Virginia; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC; Denver/Colorado Springs, CO; or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer interactions and market-facing activities.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
• Previous experience in federal or commercial sales is preferred.
• Background in military or federal service is preferred.
