Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Serve as a translator for customers’ analytics and technical environments.

• Assist Account Executives and Solution Specialists in identifying, proposing, and securing solutions that drive customer value.

• Cultivate relationships with key influencers and buyers in analytics and technology within customer organizations.

• Link customers’ analytics and technical frameworks to potential Equifax solutions.

• Build collaborative relationships with client technical and economic decision-makers.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of the business, analytics, and technical landscapes relevant to the accounts you oversee.

• Support presentations and demonstrations that emphasize value-based products and solutions.

• Proactively identify and design analytics and technical assessments to uncover and qualify new sales opportunities.

• Assist Solution Specialists in identifying use cases and developing customer-focused demonstrations.

• Establish significant analytic and technical connections on the client side and act as a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of pertinent sales or sales consulting experience.

• Industry experience in risk, data, credit, or related sectors.

• Proficiencies in technical areas.

• Skills in technology or software platforms.

• A mindset of intellectual curiosity and an insights-driven approach.

• Proven ability to achieve results and execute effectively.
