Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a specialist in all Legion products.

• Assist the Enterprise Sales team with opportunities, including discovery, demonstrations, Proof of Concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification in a presales role.

• Define and articulate how Legion’s platform meets the critical business and operational needs of prospects.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business and technical environments of prospects.

• Identify potential risks and gaps, and remove barriers through innovative and adaptable strategies.

• Travel to field events such as meetings and conferences as required.

• Engage in discussions regarding the competitive landscape and differentiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales experience in Workforce Management (WFM) software.

• Proven experience in presenting and demonstrating software to large global organizations (10,000+ employees).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-facing abilities.

• Capacity to communicate effectively at all levels within the customer organization.

• Outstanding organizational, project management, and multitasking capabilities.

• A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

• Experience in labor operations and/or the Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors is advantageous.

• Proactive approach with the ability to earn respect through intelligence, diligence, and persistence.

• A genuine passion for cutting-edge, industry-leading technology.

• Capability to function in environments with limited resources.

• An effective communicator who can convey impactful messages that resonate with customers.

• Proven history of fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
