Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in recognizing the value of Cribl throughout the sales process

• Demonstrate the product and address customer inquiries during initial sales discussions

• Provide support to customers during proof of concept phases

• Document intriguing use cases in blog entries and product documentation

• Occasionally perform tasks outside of standard working hours to accommodate various time zones

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security

• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support

• Willingness to utilize the product and share insights

• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English

• Experience with remote work

• Capability to travel up to 30%, primarily within Japan and the APAC region

• Must reside in Tokyo
