Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in recognizing the benefits of Cribl throughout the sales process.

• Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls.

• Provide support to customers during proof of concept sessions.

• Capture compelling use cases in blog articles and product documentation.

• Occasionally handle responsibilities outside of regular working hours across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support roles.

• Engage with the product and be ready to provide constructive feedback.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within Australia and the APAC region.

• Reside in Sydney.
