This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +35 more states.
• Act as the main technical liaison for a suite of Premier accounts.
• Upgrade customer infrastructure utilizing Switching and Campus Fabric architectures.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure networking environments.
• Assist customers in achieving their digital transformation objectives.
• Connect intricate engineering demands with the needs of executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a mentor and technical guide.
• Empower internal teams and customer engineering personnel to maintain and enhance network environments.
• Uphold high standards of network performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, internal teams, and customer engineering personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in systems engineering, network architecture, or a similar technical domain.
• Extensive technical knowledge in enterprise switching, including L2/L3 protocols, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Proven track record of designing and managing Campus Fabric deployments for enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical personnel and business leaders.
• Capability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience in supporting high-touch, enterprise-level Premier accounts is preferred.
• Familiarity with software-defined networking and automated provisioning workflows is a plus.
• Active professional-level industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience with multi-vendor integration and transitioning from legacy to modern networks is desired.
• Experience in enablement activities, including technical documentation, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions is a plus.
