This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business goals and formulate phased, actionable roadmaps customized to their strategic objectives.
• Create scalable solutions that adapt with clients’ growth, ensuring lasting value creation and flexibility to evolving business requirements.
• Focus on frameworks that yield measurable results and adhere to best practices in subscription management and Quote-to-Revenue processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights into industry trends, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Offer strategic guidance to assist clients in utilizing Zuora for operational agility, improved efficiency, and a competitive edge.
• Actively seek out opportunities for innovation and enhancement, ensuring clients consistently derive value from Zuora.
• Lead standardization workshops to evaluate and optimize configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Conduct detailed workshops to refine configurations, enhance system performance, and streamline processes, delivering tailored recommendations to maximize ROI and user satisfaction.
• Oversee technical configuration and integration reviews, offering optimization suggestions.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ products, excelling in designing scalable, impactful solutions.
• Extensive practical knowledge of both Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue in enterprise-scale settings.
• More than 10 years of domain-specific expertise: experience with Billing and Revenue Management and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and provide strategic advisory that aligns with changing business needs.
• Proficiency in integration, with a robust understanding of integration architectures, as well as strong knowledge of REST APIs and ETL patterns, with experience integrating with ERP, CRM, and core systems.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of GDPR, FISMA, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 compliance standards and their implications on revenue recognition.
• Capability to adapt solutions across diverse sectors, particularly in subscription management industries.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in international and cross-cultural environments.
• Proficiency in leading workshops for standardization, configuration refinement, and process improvements to maximize ROI and efficiency.
• Ability to provide actionable insights into industry trends, best practices, and operational strategies for long-term client success.
• Proven history of self-directed consulting engagements, achieving results with minimal oversight.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale solutions.
