Senior Stibo MDM Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive Stibo STEP MDM implementations from start to finish.

• Develop MDM solutions, data models, product hierarchies, and classifications.

• Carry out SKU and data migration tasks.

• Design and manage intricate integrations while overseeing Boomi architecture.

• Execute QA testing, reconciliation, and validation processes.

• Configure workflows and establish business rules.

• Develop security measures and role definitions.

• Oversee enterprise solutions and Product MDM architectural patterns.

• Manage change effectively and ensure STEP implementations align with business goals.

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to deliver robust MDM solutions.

• Convert business requirements into data standards and architectural frameworks.

• Engage with executives and business stakeholders effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (7–12 years) in successfully implementing Stibo Product and other domain MDM solutions.

• Proven track record of collaborating across business and technology teams and translating business needs into enforceable data standards and architectural frameworks.

• Proficiency in Product MDM architectural patterns, workflows, and business rule configurations.

• Excellent communication skills with executive leadership.

• Ability to engage in discussions about business context with stakeholders without a heavy reliance on technology.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth understanding of both business and technical elements of Product data governance, including data quality and stewardship, migration architecture, reconciliation and validation, golden record design, and master data lifecycle management.

• Significant experience (7–12 years) in designing and developing Stibo STEP MDM products and other domain data solutions.

• Capability to design and govern complex integrations and manage Boomi architecture.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, Salsify, PLMs (Centric and Teamcenter), IBP, GS1, and downstream consuming systems.

• Knowledge of SAP master data integration, APIs, event-driven and batch integration, source-to-target mapping, error handling and observability, and cross-platform enterprise architecture.

• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
