Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate structured discovery sessions to gain insights into customer investigative workflows, legal limitations, data volumes, security needs, and organizational goals.

• Convert customer challenges into problem statements that correspond with mobile device extraction, digital evidence analysis, cloud investigations, and data management scenarios.

• Communicate the operational and mission value of Cellebrite's solutions.

• Design and position comprehensive solutions within Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence portfolio.

• Take ownership of solution architecture for opportunities encompassing on-premises, SaaS, hybrid, and secure deployment models.

• Ensure technical precision, feasibility, and alignment with product capabilities and roadmaps.

• Conduct scenario-based demonstrations and technical workshops customized for Indian customer use cases.

• Plan and assist with proofs-of-concept, pilots, and technical evaluations.

• Clarify complex technical concepts to forensic examiners, analysts, IT teams, and senior decision-makers.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, qualification, deal progression, and closures.

• Provide technical insights for RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and framework responses.

• Work alongside Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.

• Develop an understanding of India-specific market dynamics, regulatory conditions, procurement strategies, and customer expectations.

• Share regional insights and best practices with APAC and global Solutions Engineering teams.

• Represent Cellebrite at customer briefings, partner events, and regional industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architecture, preferably with complex enterprise or government clients.

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, capable of linking technical capabilities to investigative and operational results.

• Experience in designing and presenting solution architectures that involve data processing, security, and hybrid or air-gapped environments.

• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-country sales cycles and taking technical ownership of opportunities.

• Willingness to travel across India as necessary.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting law enforcement, defense, intelligence, public sector, or highly regulated industries (preferred).

• Knowledge of digital forensics, mobile data extraction, cloud investigations, or large-scale data analytics environments.

• Experience in responding to government tenders and working within procurement and compliance frameworks in India, including GeM, state and central police/defense procurement, and GFR guidelines.

• Previous exposure to Cellebrite products or similar Digital Intelligence platforms.
